Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
- Custom-made or bespoke products
- Perishable products
- Sealed products for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken
- Digital content provided after the consumer's consent
Legal Warranties
Sold products benefit from:
- The legal guarantee of conformity
- The guarantee against hidden defects

In the event of a defective product, the customer must contact customer service as soon as possible.
Warranty exclusions: Damages resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or lack of maintenance are not covered by the warranty.
